This is the latest technology in ultra-fast WiFi and PCI bus speeds.
With the Atheros AR5423 chipset (802.11a/b/g single chip for 2.4 / 5 GHz dual-band) and PCI-Express bus, this enables a new level of interconnect performance upgrading the I/O bandwidth from a half-duplex 133 MB/s to a full-duplex 250 MB/s. With the higher bus speed it is ideal for high-bandwidth applications such as streaming video, DVD-quality streaming, large file transfers, and multi-channel digital-quality audio streaming.
