The Monnit Wi-Fi temperature sensor uses an external sensor probe to
measure temperature with more accuracy and greater thermal range.
Perfect for fast changing, temperature critical applications such as
coolers or heaters. An integrated 802.11 b/g radio transmitter
allows the device to be easily programmed to work with any existing
Wi-Fi network. Monnit Wi-Fi sensors can be easily programmed with
Wi-Fi network security via a USB cable and the free MoWi Utility for Windows,
keeping the user's Wi-Fi network secure. User defined
intervals (heartbeats) and threshold settings ensure that
data is received when needed. Data is stored securely in the iMonnit Portal and is viewable from the web.
Email/SMS messages can be configured through the online
system to alert the user immediately when a defined parameter has
been met or exceeded.
Traceable Calibration Certification provided,
which meets the requirements and complies with ISO 17025. The
Traceable Certificate indicates that the product is traceable to
standards provided by the National Institute of Standards and
A Traceable Certificate includes all of the information to meet
today's stringent accreditation demands, government specifications,
and ISO 9000 requirements. This information includes serial#,
certificate#, model#, calibration test equipment,
equipment serial#, equipment calibration due date, unit
accuracy, uncertainty, unit test conditions, test points, individual
unit's specific test date, unit's next calibration due date,
tester's name, and signature of the metrology manager.

In order to program the sensor to connect to your wif-fi network,
you will need a Wi-Fi programming cable and the free MoWi setup
utility. The MoWi setup utility is currently available for Windows. Mac and Linux are not currently supported!
