The Monnit Wi-Fi wireless humidity sensor allows you to monitor relative humidity, temperature and dew point from 10% - 90% RH. Ideal for monitoring humidity within greenhouses, museums and humidors. They can also be used for building applications such as controlling mold, mildew or dust mites. An integrated 802.11 b/g radio allows the device to be easily programmed to work with any existing Wi-Fi network. Monnit Wi-Fi sensors can be easily programmed with 802.11 security via a low cost USB cable and the free MoWi Utility for Windows, keeping the user's Wi-Fi network secure. User defined intervals (heartbeats) and sensor threshold settings ensure that data is received when needed, based on the application. All data is stored securely in the iMonnit Monitoring software and is viewable from the web. Email and SMS messages can be configured through the online system to alert the user immediately when a defined parameter has been met or exceeded.

All Monnit humidity sensors now feature the same hardware as our previously available high accuracy humidity sensors at a lower price.

In order to program the sensor to connect to your wif-fi network, you will need a Wi-Fi programming cable and the free MoWi setup utility. The MoWi setup utility is currently available for Windows PC's only. Mac and Linux are not currently supported!
