The Monnit Wi-Fi low temperature wireless sensor uses an RTD to
accurately measure temperatures from -200°C to +162°C (-328°F to
+325°F). Perfect for low temperature critical applications such as
freezers and coolers. An integrated 802.11 b/g radio transmitter
allows the device to be easily programmed to work with any existing
Wi-Fi network. Monnit Wi-Fi sensors can be easily programmed with
Wi-Fi network security via a low cost USB programming cable,
available here, and the free MoWi Utility for Windows,
keeping the user's Wi-Fi network secure. User defined
intervals (heartbeats) and sensor threshold settings ensure that
sensor data is received when needed, based on the application. All
sensor data is stored securely in the iMonnit Online Sensor
Monitoring software and is viewable from any web enabled device.
Email and SMS text messages can be configured through the online
system to alert the user immediately when a defined parameter has
been met or exceeded. User customization allows you to set the
frequency of sensor readings and create notifications from the
system when certain criteria have been met or exceeded.

In order to program the sensor to connect to your wif-fi network,
you will need a Wi-Fi programming cable and the free MoWi setup
utility. The MoWi setup utility is currently available for Windows®
PC's only. Mac and Linux are not currently supported!
