C-guys Warranty

C-guys warrants all merchandise against defect in material or workmanship for a period of 5 years from date of purchase unless otherwise stated. The manufacturer of a particular product may provide longer and/or broader warranties. Defective items must be shipped prepaid. This warranty shall not apply to any items where defects have been caused by improper customer assembly, failure by customer to follow instructions, product modification, or negligent or improper operation.

Limitation of Liability

C-guys liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement of defective products in accordance with the C-guys limited warranty. C-guys shall not be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages for breach of any warranty, expressed or implied, directly or indirectly, arising out of C-guys sale of merchandise, or arising out of customer's installation or use, whether proper or improper, of the product separately or in combination with any other equipment, or from any other cause. Products sold by C-guys are not authorized for use as critical components in life support devices or systems.
