Customers wishing to return merchandise for a refund, credit and/or exchange must do so within 30 days from the date of order.  Returns without the proof of purchase and RMA# will not be accepted.  The proof of purchase can be fond inside the box.  Please call our customer service department to request an RMA#.  Returns must be shipped prepaid with the RMA# clearly visible on the outside of the box.  Sorry, no freight collect packages will be accepted.  A copy of the C-guys customer service form (located on the back of the packing slip) must be filled out completely and is required along with an RMA# to process your return.  Parts, software, and special orders are not returnable.  A special order consists of products not listed in the C-guys website or web listed products should at OEM quantity discount.
