Andy Do - Founder & President


Andy Do has been in the wireless and networking industry throughout his professional career, and is the visionary and founder of Embedded Works.

Mr. Do has held several engineering and management positions in the fields of:

During his 3 years at Proxim, he was responsible for supporting OEM customers worldwide to integrate wireless solutions such as OpenAir, HomeRF, and 802.11b.

Prior to launching Embedded Works, Mr. Do was the driving force behind Avnet's wireless strategy in North America (aka Wavelength Design Solutions).

Along with the duties of Strategic Marketing, he was responsible for acquiring wireless suppliers and design partners, training and supporting over 100 Field Applications Engineers and 300 Account Managers.

Mr. Do holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering and Music from Santa Clara University.


Michael C. Lee - VP of Sales


Mr. Lee has over 17 years experience in the RF, wireless and networking industry with IBM, GE, Avnet, Richardson Electronics and Riverstone Networks. Mr. Lee holds a patent for his VLSI memory designs at IBM as an electrical design engineer and has sales, P&L and technical management experience with Richardson Electronics as their Regional Sales Manager responsible for the Northwest United States and Western Canada . Mr. Lee set the overall sales, marketing, supplier and technical strategies for Avnet as the Director of the Small Signal RF division and the Worldwide Reseller's Channel strategy for Riverstone Networks as Director of Channel Marketing responsible for OEM Resellers and Distribution Contracts with IBM, Alcatel, Lucent Technologies, Marconi, Tellabs, Terayon and Tech Data Corporation.

An entrepreneur at heart, Mr. Lee co-founded RFMW, Ltd. in 2003 and also was co-founder and President of Detailing Dynamics Online, Inc. responsible for the sales, marketing, technical marketing, suppliers and operations strategy. Mr. Lee developed the internet sales and marketing strategy, manufacturing, back-end operations and fulfillment of the internet sales.

Mr. Lee holds a Bachelors of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics minor from The City College of New York.


Kimberly Wiefling - Advisory Board Member and Director of Business Development


Kimberly Wiefling has an extensive 15 years of experience in various engineering management, program management, and executive consulting roles. Ms. Wiefling spent 10 years at Hewlett-Packard where her contributions included: R&D Program Manager and Manufacturing Engineering Manager. She also has a proven success record in program management and operations roles at:

Ms. Wiefling holds a M.S., Physics from Case Western Reserve University and a B.S., Physics & Chemistry from Wright State University.
